The public university takes on the commitment to foster this trend, a driving force of the economy, enabling entrepreneurs to innovate and grow while sharing experiences that become a source of new knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>With an academic and socially responsible outlook, they foster ties within the Entrepreneurial Community through training, research and the promotion of an entrepreneurial spirit. Their goal is to be active participants in Argentina&#8217;s economic development through their outreach activities and connections with the entrepreneurial world.<\/p>\n<h3>Objectives<\/h3>\n<p>Before finding Mailrelay, the client sent their <a href=\"https:\/\/mailrelay.com\/en\/glossary\/newsletter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">newsletters<\/a> in many different ways and used various sending providers, none of which delivered the expected results \u2014 among them were Doppler and Env\u00edaloSimple. They also tried manual methods, such as sending emails from their own Outlook account (in batches) or using various SMTP services and Sendblaster, but none of these approaches effectively met their bulk email sending needs.<\/p>\n<p>When they arrived at Mailrelay, they wanted to find a reliable bulk email sending provider that would put an end to deliverability problems, provide real metrics to know what happens with each newsletter (even once it reaches the recipient) and, of course, offer technical support in Spanish, provided personally and at no extra cost.<\/p>\n<p>Likewise, they wanted the capacity to send large volumes of emails in just a few minutes, something covered by the 5 million sends per hour that Mailrelay offers.<\/p>\n<p>As the client states: \u201cOur main objectives were: efficiency, speed, optimization and increased capacity.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Actions Taken<\/h3>\n<p>Mailrelay&#8217;s customer service team monitored the newsletters and sends made by Facultad de Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas &#8211; Universidad de Buenos Aires to ensure they complied with the current antispam regulations in place at the major ISPs worldwide, so their deliverability is optimal and they reach subscribers&#8217; inboxes with full assurance.<\/p>\n<p>The strong willingness of the staff at Facultad de Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas &#8211; Universidad de Buenos Aires to meet the current antispam requirements of Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail\u2026 meant emails arrived without the slightest issue in a very short time.<\/p>\n<h3>Results<\/h3>\n<p>The bulk emails they now send are carried out more efficiently and quickly; they have optimized the entire process of reaching out to their subscribers, and their capacity to send newsletters is now much greater.<\/p>\n<p>In the client&#8217;s words: \u201cMoving from a traditional methodology to using Mailrelay&#8217;s service, the improvement was very significant.
