Some of them are Tu Casa, a free real-estate magazine present in ten autonomous communities; Cambalache, Andalusia&#8217;s leading classified ads newspaper, as well as two specialized information magazines in the health and leisure fields, Consejos de tu farmac\u00e9utico and El visitante.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, for its online presence, it has 7 leading vertical portals in their respective sectors, some of them being: Tucasa.com, which has the country&#8217;s largest real-estate listings database as well as innovative services; Cambalache.es, the leader in classified ads in Andalusia; Consejos-e.com, a health and pharmacy website; and elvisitante.es, focused on tourism and leisure information for the province of C\u00e1diz.<\/p>\n<h3>Goals of tucasa.com<\/h3>\n<p>The internal infrastructure they had used until then, based on their own <a href=\"https:\/\/mailrelay.com\/es\/blog\/2017\/04\/25\/que-es-el-smtp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SMTP<\/a> server system, proved insufficient for the large volume of bulk email they needed to send \u2014 largely due to the success of their mass communications \u2014 so they needed to migrate to a high-performance platform in a very short time so their campaigns would not lose continuity.<\/p>\n<p>Its large subscriber base and the multiple media outlets that are part of the group mean that getting their newsletters properly delivered to the main ISPs is a delicate task.
