It was founded in 2010, but it draws on the experience of its creators, the fourth generation of a family that has been making traditional ice cream for a century.<\/p>\n<p>Since opening its first store, it has reached 15 international markets on four continents thanks to a rapid expansion that has taken it to places such as Ecuador, Peru, Panama, China, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, Algeria, Guinea-Conakry, Angola, Ivory Coast, R\u00e9union Island, Portugal, France, the United Kingdom, Italy and Singapore.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Objectives<\/h3>\n<p>Sm\u00f6oy contacted us to start its <a href=\"https:\/\/mailrelay.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email marketing<\/a> communications from scratch, with no prior experience. They wanted advice and to get good results from their first campaigns by drawing on our experience and tips.<\/p>\n<h3>Actions Taken<\/h3>\n<p>The first thing we did was train and advise Sm\u00f6oy&#8217;s Communications Department on the key principles of email marketing. We fixed the mistakes they were making and helped them set up their senders.
