It entered the IT market in 1997 and, since 2001, has become one of the most important distributors in the video game console market.<\/p>\n<p>They are committed to personal service and customer care, which is why they offer online chat, email support and phone support. They also create user manuals for their products, videos, photos, downloads and more, so that users know how to use their products and get the most out of them.<\/p>\n<p>To support customers and answer their questions, they run a blog at www.aquijugamos.com where both customers and non-customers can share their questions, problems and comments and get answers from specialists in the field.<\/p>\n<h3>E-nuc&#8217;s goals<\/h3>\n<p>Create and send an <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.mailrelay.com\/es\/2021\/04\/27\/que-es-el-emailing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">email marketing<\/a> campaign while reducing the time needed for the task, and reach all their customers safely and effectively. At the same time, it was essential for E-nuc that its newsletters had an attractive design and met the requirements set by Hotmail, Gmail and others, so they would land directly in all their customers&#8217; inboxes.<\/p>\n<p>They also wanted an email marketing platform with separate statistics for each newsletter sent, so they could draw the right conclusions, improve communication with their customers in later sends and select a specific group of subscribers for upcoming offers.<\/p>\n<h3>Actions Taken<\/h3>\n<p>The first step was to analyze E-nuc&#8217;s newsletters so that, with the help of our newsletter design specialists and following all of Hotmail&#8217;s requirements, they would have designs able to get past spam filters without any trouble (logos, images, texts and more were reviewed). As a result, subscribers who used to receive their newsletters in the spam folder started getting them in their inbox.<\/p>\n<p>After that, all that was left was to configure the client&#8217;s DNS so that the deliverability of their sends was backed by what was published in their DNS.
