It was founded in 1922 in Torre\u00f3n, Coahuila, by Antonio de Juambelz y Bracho, under the direction of Joaqu\u00edn Moreno.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Objectives<\/h3>\n<p>The main goal was to fix the inbox delivery problem caused by their local IPs being listed on RBLs. In addition, El Siglo needed an <a href=\"https:\/\/mailrelay.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email marketing service<\/a> with effective support and secure servers that would guarantee the privacy of their data.
