    About Redes Colombia<\/h3>\n

    RedEsColombia is a portal born from a partnership agreement between the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and the Colombian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to promote ties among Colombians abroad and make them the focus of public policy. As part of our strategy to achieve this goal, we run a portal where Colombians abroad can find useful and interesting information not only about the Program, but also about Colombian consulates around the world and good news about the country abroad.<\/p>\n

    To do this, we rely on the email marketing platform Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong> to send regular newsletters to the Colombian community living abroad about the information we publish there, which makes maximum deliverability on every single one of our sends essential.<\/p>\n

    We have worked with Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong> since the start of the project, ruling out other platforms after seeing the high response we got on every single one of our sends.<\/p>\n

    Objectives<\/h3>\n

    Our main goal was to reach a large number of Colombians abroad at the same time, and for this the bulk email software Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong> has become an excellent ally.<\/p>\n

    Sending wasn’t the only thing we were looking for when we turned to this sending platform; we also needed statistics that would let us see the impact of each and every communication, whatever type of message we were sending.<\/p>\n

    To get a response to our calls, the most important thing is that the message doesn’t end up in the Spam\/Junk folder, which was one of our biggest concerns when planning bulk email sends.<\/p>\n

    Actions Taken<\/h3>\n

    Given the need for statistics, we set up a scenario to meet the requirements of handling government information, and this was achieved in a very short time so the response could be very agile.<\/p>\n

    As the client puts it, \u201cthey have been very useful for tracking the information we send in each of our newsletters. The statistics are very easy to interpret.<\/p>\n

    We really liked how easy the email marketing platform is to use, not only for building newsletters but also when it comes to statistics\u201d.<\/p>\n

    Result<\/h3>\n

    It has allowed us to reach a large number of Colombians abroad and track the information we send to identify what interests Colombians around the world most, so we can offer them more content related to that information.<\/p>\n

    It has been very useful, as it has allowed us to reach an ever-growing number of Colombians abroad with a much more pleasant and easy-to-read interface. Thanks to the agreements Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong> has with the world’s leading ISPs (such as Hotmail and AOL, among others), our sends have a very high reputation and our communications get a high response from our subscriber list.<\/p>\n
