Promoting the responsible practice of motorsport is of paramount importance, under the motto \u201cResponsible Passion\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Supporting clubs and athletes in their sporting projects and future plans is its priority and its reason for being, as well as the fuel for the engine that drives the development of the sport and its athletes&#8230; so that they can compete and shine on any stage of the world&#8217;s motorsport elite.<\/p>\n<h3>Objectives<\/h3>\n<p>They used to send their informational <a href=\"https:\/\/mailrelay.com\/en\/glossary\/newsletter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">newsletters<\/a> (to their members) only occasionally, using their own shared email infrastructure, which caused considerable chaos when it came to handling the key data needed to analyze the effectiveness of each send.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, they weren&#8217;t sure they were sending in line with the rules of the receiving servers, which left them constantly uncertain that being flagged as spam could block all outgoing email communications from their domain.<\/p>\n<h3>Actions Taken<\/h3>\n<p>Mailrelay&#8217;s customer service team, aware of the Catalan Motorsport Federation&#8217;s needs, reviewed and adapted the way they sent their mailings so that the sending reputation of their sender domains would be optimal.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, they were given an outbound route for their emails in line with the high quality of their database, consisting of high-quality IPs certified by the main ISPs.
