We assigned them one of our Senior Consultants, who contacted them and suggested some solutions.<\/p>\n<h3>Actions taken to improve their bulk email sending<\/h3>\n<p>Once they approved, our Design Department created a custom newsletter at no cost, following the corporate image of SoftHard&#8217;s products and including all the technical elements needed to minimize the spam score. This was very important because they could not change the sender&#8217;s SPF record, as it was controlled by the company&#8217;s head office, so they risked being penalized.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cWe received excellent support from Mailrelay and free services, including an attractive offer that lets us give free bulk email accounts to our&nbsp;distribution channel as added value for our channel.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>V\u00edctor Carre\u00f1o &#8211;
