    About ASSEMP<\/h3>\n

    ASSEMP is a non-profit organization that provides services to its member municipal employees, offering a range of benefits to its members, some of which extend to their families, with the main goal of helping improve the quality of life of the member public servants.<\/p>\n

    Goals<\/h3>\n

    When it contacted Mailrelay’s customer service, ASSEMP was looking for a secure, reliable and fast bulk email sending platform, combined with an easy-to-use dashboard and reports for analysis.<\/p>\n

    The association didn’t have an organized system for sending email marketing campaigns, which made it very difficult to keep its public servants informed.<\/p>\n

    Actions taken<\/h3>\n

    The Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong> support team provided all the help needed to start sending campaigns as soon as possible, while doing so securely and with all the settings required by the email providers.<\/p>\n

    For the association, it was very important to make sure messages reached users’ inboxes, so Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong>‘s infrastructure was essential to achieving this, with certified IPs and the ability to schedule sends and analyze campaign results.<\/p>\n

    Results<\/h3>\n

    Once all the DNS settings had been configured, the association was able to start sending its email marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n

    Working with an online platform made it easy to monitor newsletters and analyze results, as well as to be sure that all members would be informed about every event and activity offered by ASSEMP.<\/p>\n

    As the designer who creates the campaigns put it: \u201cBefore using Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong>, sending emails was a painful task. Sending emails to thousands of people with the limitations of email servers is completely unfeasible; we took our chances with (questionable) scripts and email marketing companies that don’t deliver on their promises. Fortunately, we found Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong>: one year of complete satisfaction.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Mail<\/span>relay<\/span><\/strong> has streamlined our work. We can rest easy because we know the emails will be sent correctly, we can schedule sends, test delivery before sending, and get accurate information about emails sent \/ opened \/ clicked…<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Personally, I’m suspicious of everything, and I was skeptical when I found out that Mailrelay offered a quality service with fast, free support for up to 5,000 subscribers. But once I started testing, I fell in love with Mailrelay.
