normally, if they don&#8217;t click on the link included in this email, their subscription remains incomplete and you will not be able to send them more emails.<\/p>\n\n<p>This is precisely why the confirmation email is so important.<\/p>\n\n<p>And you must take maximum care of it.<\/p>\n\n<p>It is not just another email.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this article, we are going to look at the most important aspects you should take care of, and how to do it with Mailrelay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is confirmation email deliverability different?<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Commonly, by <a href=\"https:\/\/mailrelay.com\/en\/glossary\/email-deliverability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">deliverability <\/a> we mean the number of emails that reach the inbox (delivery rate being the total number of emails that reach the destination server, regardless of which folder).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>In general, we will always want maximum deliverability; consistency<\/h3>\n\n<p>To obtain <a href=\"https:\/\/mailrelay.com\/en\/blog\/2026\/04\/28\/boost-your-stats-exceed-25-open-rate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">statistics for your bulk email campaigns<\/a>, Mailrelay needs to replace the links in your emails with custom URLs.<\/p>\n\n<p>When a contact receives your email, clicks the link, goes to the redirect URL, the click is registered, and the user is directed back to your original final link.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>In this way, clicks can be accurately registered.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>By default, Mailrelay uses some generic is very important<\/strong>, because the destination server doesn&#8217;t have internal data about the relationship of the contact with your sender, and therefore will base part of its decision (whether it puts the email in the inbox or in spam) on the content.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00b7 The golden rule<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Don&#8217;t add other links in the confirmation email.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>For example, to your social networks, website, etc. It is not the best place.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ideally, it should only have the confirmation link; after that, if you want to
