As of the date I’m writing this post, there are no alternatives to Mailrelay<\/strong>, to the free account we offer. There simply aren’t. <\/strong>And believe me, I analyze our competitors almost obsessively.<\/p>\n

There’s nothing like Mailrelay’s free account. There’s no other free email marketing account<\/strong> like it.<\/p>\n

So if you have fewer than 20,000 contacts and you’re paying for an email marketing tool, you’re either losing money or missing out on benefits you could have.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I won’t lie to you, we’re talking about bulk mailings, not marketing automation.<\/p>\n

It’s true, there are marketing automation tools with more features<\/a>, let’s call things as they are.<\/p>\n

But ask yourself: is your company’s business model ready to take advantage of those features?<\/p>\n

Because not every business can take advantage of automation, only a minority can, and in many cases it will be an expense without any benefit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

However, every business can benefit from bulk mailing, and sell thanks to simple emails.<\/p>\n

Every single one.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And this is where Mailrelay stands out, both for large volumes and small ones.<\/p>\n

The differences with other free accounts<\/strong> are huge, and it’s simply a waste of money, which is why there are no alternatives to Mailrelay for free bulk mailing.<\/p>\n

    Many of our competitors’ free accounts, even though they offer a certain volume of free sending, limit the amount you can send in a single day, so you can’t actually use the full free volume.<\/p>\n

    If you want to use up your entire free plan’s volume in a single day, you can.<\/p>\n

    For example, if you have a database of around 5,000 contacts and want to send them a sales promotion, it’ll be more effective to do it on a specific day than to split the send over 10 to 15 days, since by the end the promotion might not even apply anymore.<\/p>\n

    And this situation can definitely get worse, and some competing email marketing solutions do exactly that, by limiting the sending speed.<\/p>\n

    In addition to limiting how many emails can be sent per day, some email marketing services limit their free accounts even further<\/strong>, by penalizing sending speed.<\/p>\n

    So a mailing that would take 1 hour to send with Mailrelay could end up taking many more.<\/p>\n

    If we add the daily limit to this, it turns out to be impractical to send sales promotions from these free accounts.<\/p>\n

    What better way to know if a software works for you than being able to use it regularly?<\/p>\n

    We have no problem with that, in fact some free accounts have stayed that way for years, without needing to switch or upgrade to a paid plan if they don’t need a higher sending volume.<\/p>\n

    And one of the most important things<\/p>\n

    \u00b7 No advertising included in your emails<\/h2>\n

    For a moment you might think it’s fair that, since you’re using a free account to send your bulk mailings, advertising should be included in your emails. In fact, many competing tools do, like Mailchimp or Brevo<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Regardless of whether that’s fair or not, which is quite debatable, we need to think about a few things:<\/p>\n

    1.- What image does it give of our company?<\/h3>\n

    Using free tools is great, it’s necessary.<\/p>\n

    But if your potential customers see that you don’t pay for the tools you use, won’t that make them doubt your company’s reliability?<\/p>\n

    And besides<\/p>\n

    2.- Are the conditions really equal?<\/h3>\n

    Is it worth it for them to include their logo, advertising, and link in your emails, reaching all the contacts you’ve worked hard to get, effortlessly and at your expense, in exchange for all the limitations included in their free accounts?<\/p>\n

    It’s up to you to decide.<\/p>\n

    In any case:<\/p>\n

    \u25c6 Mailrelay doesn’t include any kind of advertising in your emails. Nothing<\/strong><\/p>\n

    With Mailrelay, your emails only contain what you put in them.<\/p>\n
