Mailrelay’s WhatsApp campaign sending service is another feature of Mailrelay’s service.
It allows you to create and send campaigns via WhatsApp, just as easy as you can with SMS or email.
You don’t need to open another account. The WhatsApp campaign service is integrated into the Mailrelay platform. You just need to have an existing account and activate it from the management panel.
To create your free Mailrelay account, you do not need to enter your credit card details or any other payment method. This information will only be requested if and when you decide to purchase a WhatsApp package.
Sending WhatsApp campaigns is very straightforward. You just have to add credits by purchasing a package, write your WhatsApp text, include the phone numbers, and send the message to your contacts.
The service works using prepaid packages that you can purchase from the Mailrelay panel. The prepaid packages have a maximum duration of 12 months, with no minimum commitment. You can renew the prepaid package before it expires with an equal or larger one and accumulate any unused credits this way.

No. The prices shown on the platform or on the website do not include VAT. The tax will be added automatically during the checkout process, whenever applicable according to your country and tax situation.
Currently, the WhatsApp campaign service is available in most countries, with the exception of North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and Crimea, where the platform does not operate due to government restrictions.
No. To send messages, you must register a valid number and verify it in the official WhatsApp Business system. With Mailrelay, this is very easy, and we will guide you through the entire validation process. Remember that Mailrelay always offers technical support.
No. You can only send messages to users who have given their consent to receive communications via WhatsApp. This is a legal requirement (GDPR/LGPD) as well as part of Meta’s policies.
WhatsApp only permits messages within approved categories (e.g., notifications, confirmations, support, or authorized promotions). Some content (SPAM, unsegmented mass messages, or sensitive material) may be blocked. If in doubt, contact us for more information.
Yes. To start a campaign, you must use pre-approved templates from Meta. These templates are configured in the Mailrelay panel and must comply with WhatsApp policies. Again, if in doubt about this process, contact with us and we will help.
