CPC Servicios Informáticos Aplicados a Nuevas Tecnologías S.L. (hereinafter “MAILRELAY”) is the owner of the website https://mailrelay.com (hereinafter “WEBSITE”), with registered office at C/ Nardo, 12 28250 – Torrelodones – Madrid – Spain, and NIF ESB83964601. This WEBSITE is intended to promote and communicate its email marketing system.

MAILRELAY guarantees the protection of all personal data provided by the user through this WEBSITE and, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), provides the following information:

Personal Data Processing

A) MAILRELAY, as the data controller, has created a file called “WEBSITE USERS,” registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The data will be processed according to the current legislation.

B) The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:
• Management and resolution of inquiries made through the WEBSITE.
• Sending commercial communications about MAILRELAY’s services and products by electronic means.
• Management of activities and services offered by MAILRELAY.

C) Data processing is based on the user’s consent granted by accepting the privacy policy and the use of cookies.

D) MAILRELAY guarantees the adoption of appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, preventing unauthorized access or loss, in accordance with Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21

E) The data is stored in data centers located in Europe, and will not be shared with third parties without the user’s prior consent, unless legally required.

F) We guarantee that every transaction processed by MAILRELAY is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data will be done through a secure environment. MAILRELAY uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (SecureSockedLayer). All the information that you transmit to us will be encrypted through the web. Also, your credit card information is not registered in any database, but goes directly to the bank’s POS (Point of Sale Terminal).

In addition, we inform you that, in an effort to provide even more security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway a secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a holder of a “secured” card, you will always be able to make payments with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store. In case your card is not registered with this payment system, MAILRELAY will only admit the payment with VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards for specific customers, through a seniority and reliability policy.

In both cases, when paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, the following information will always be requested: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of the VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

Important: Credit card fraud is a crime, and MAILRELAY will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.

G) The available payment methods are credit or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) and PayPal.

H) When collecting and processing your personal data, MAILRELAY will always take the appropriate security measures to prevent loss, unauthorized access or manipulation, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 of December.
