Alternatives to Mailrelay? There really aren’t any

Mailrelay , Invited guest @ Mailrelay

As of the date I’m writing this post, there are no alternatives to Mailrelay, to the free account we offer. There simply aren’t. And believe me, I analyze our competitors almost obsessively.

There’s nothing like Mailrelay’s free account. There’s no other free email marketing account like it.

So if you have fewer than 20,000 contacts and you’re paying for an email marketing tool, you’re either losing money or missing out on benefits you could have.

I won’t lie to you, we’re talking about bulk mailings, not marketing automation.

It’s true, there are marketing automation tools with more features, let’s call things as they are.

But ask yourself: is your company’s business model ready to take advantage of those features?

Because not every business can take advantage of automation, only a minority can, and in many cases it will be an expense without any benefit.

However, every business can benefit from bulk mailing, and sell thanks to simple emails.

Every single one.

And this is where Mailrelay stands out, both for large volumes and small ones.

The differences with other free accounts are huge, and it’s simply a waste of money, which is why there are no alternatives to Mailrelay for free bulk mailing.

The reasons? Here they are

· The biggest free account for your bulk mailing

There’s little doubt about this part, Mailrelay’s free account lets you:

  1. Send up to 80,000 emails a month for free
  2. manage up to 20,000 contacts

Just for following us on Twitter, Facebook and Youtube, you can see all the steps here.

If there’s a bigger free account out there, I honestly don’t know about it, but surely, if it existed, it would have more downsides than ours.

Like the downsides found in our competitors’ free accounts, which we’ll go over next.

· No daily sending limit

Many of our competitors’ free accounts, even though they offer a certain volume of free sending, limit the amount you can send in a single day, so you can’t actually use the full free volume.

◆ With Mailrelay, there are no daily sending limits.

If you want to use up your entire free plan’s volume in a single day, you can.

For example, if you have a database of around 5,000 contacts and want to send them a sales promotion, it’ll be more effective to do it on a specific day than to split the send over 10 to 15 days, since by the end the promotion might not even apply anymore.

And this situation can definitely get worse, and some competing email marketing solutions do exactly that, by limiting the sending speed.

No penalty on sending speed

· No penalty on sending speed

In addition to limiting how many emails can be sent per day, some email marketing services limit their free accounts even further, by penalizing sending speed.

So a mailing that would take 1 hour to send with Mailrelay could end up taking many more.

If we add the daily limit to this, it turns out to be impractical to send sales promotions from these free accounts.

◆ Mailrelay doesn’t limit the sending speed of free accounts

And of course we don’t limit features either

· No feature limitations

Need statistics? Sending via SMTP? Autoresponders?

In that case, with Mailrelay you have access to all the features of the paid accounts, also included in the free accounts.

◆ With Mailrelay you get every feature included in the free account

So if you need to set up something as useful as an autoresponder, to send the lead magnet promised in your subscription form, with Mailrelay you can do it.

However, other free accounts limit these aspects, making it necessary to sign up for a paid account before you even know whether the tool really meets your needs or not.

Of course, Mailrelay’s free account is also

Alternatives to Mailrelay? There really aren't any

· No time limit

It’s not limited in time, it’s not a 30-day trial that expires afterward.

◆ You can use Mailrelay’s free account for as long as you need

What better way to know if a software works for you than being able to use it regularly?

We have no problem with that, in fact some free accounts have stayed that way for years, without needing to switch or upgrade to a paid plan if they don’t need a higher sending volume.

And one of the most important things

· No advertising included in your emails

For a moment you might think it’s fair that, since you’re using a free account to send your bulk mailings, advertising should be included in your emails. In fact, many competing tools do, like Mailchimp or Brevo.

Regardless of whether that’s fair or not, which is quite debatable, we need to think about a few things:

1.- What image does it give of our company?

Using free tools is great, it’s necessary.

But if your potential customers see that you don’t pay for the tools you use, won’t that make them doubt your company’s reliability?

And besides

2.- Are the conditions really equal?

Is it worth it for them to include their logo, advertising, and link in your emails, reaching all the contacts you’ve worked hard to get, effortlessly and at your expense, in exchange for all the limitations included in their free accounts?

It’s up to you to decide.

In any case:

◆ Mailrelay doesn’t include any kind of advertising in your emails. Nothing

With Mailrelay, your emails only contain what you put in them.

Besides

No support limits

· No support limits

And this is another thing that severely limits other competitors’ free accounts:

Support options

For example, a well-known competitor only offers support to free accounts by email, and only for the first 30 days after the account is created.

Others, less well known, limit the channels, for example only providing support by email.

◆ At Mailrelay, support for free (and paid) accounts is complete, via chat, phone, and email ticket

So you can use your account, whether free or paid, without problems or doubts.

· So, in short, alternatives to Mailrelay

We offer a free bulk mailing account that, in our target niche, has no comparison.

There’s no equivalent option.

If you need automation and other such features, you might want to consider using a different type of tool.

Which might be more cost-effective for you.

Or maybe not.

That’s something you’ll need to work out for yourself.

We offer the best free account for sending bulk mailings.

And also the best software for sending high-volume mailings.

We only do that, but we do it well.
