About Cooperazione Internazionale

COOPI – Cooperazione Internazionale is a secular and independent non-governmental organization (NGO) that fights poverty to make the world a better place.
It carries out development projects and emergency interventions in Africa, Latin America, Asia and the Balkans.

The organization is supported by accredited institutional sources, public institutions, foundations, companies and citizens (around 20,000). Among its main funders is the EC (Humanitarian Aid Department), for which COOPI is a partner.

Objectives

Coopi.org contacted us from its project in the Central African Republic because they needed a newsletter sending service that could also provide advice and support with managing, translating, email templates and using the system.

This is how they made the request: “…we needed to make the public, international donors and opinion leaders in the Central African Republic aware of the humanitarian work our organization has been doing in the country for over 40 years, as well as the various cooperation projects we are carrying out”.

After the success of this first experience, they asked us for help setting up separate accounts for other solidarity projects in other countries.

Actions Taken

When Cooperazione Internazionale asked for our support, we got straight to work to help Coopi in its mission in any way we could. First, in its Central African Republic project, we helped them manage and prepare the newsletters to communicate their actions and created a free design for them. Later, we donated accounts and sending credits for other projects around the world, such as in the Republic of the Congo.

Results

It couldn’t be any other way, which is why the bulk mailings sent by Coopi.org are very well received by its members and supporters, with excellent deliverability.
