About the UN – United Nations
The United Nations Organization (UN), or simply the United Nations, is the largest international organization in existence. It was created to maintain international peace and security, develop friendly relations among nations, achieve international cooperation in solving global problems, and serve as a center for harmonizing the actions of nations.
Objectives
The United Nations Population Fund contacted us for an urgent newsletter send they needed to get out against the clock. There were a few problems: they needed a custom design built from an almost freehand sketch (with no knowledge of HTML design or of the system’s online editor), they had no way to configure SPF, and, finally, they had no experience using the platform to send the campaign.
Actions Taken
We assigned high-reputation IPs to offset the penalty this United Nations division’s send would suffer for not configuring the sender’s SPF to include our sending IPs. For the other two problems, we provided a Training Consultant who helped them with their questions about using the control panel, and finally we created an eye-catching custom newsletter for them based on their sketch.
