About SEAT

SEAT, S.A. is a Spanish automobile manufacturer and a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group, with annual sales of approximately half a million vehicles, according to 2017 data.

The SEAT Jobs division had tried several providers without success, either due to a lack of features and/or integration or because of excessive costs.

They also needed integration and automation with WordPress, as well as special attention to the designs to ensure strict adherence to the corporate identity while maintaining optimal visual presentation.

They also needed specific consulting and training services so they could independently manage all their mailings using the Mailrelay system while meeting their deadlines.

Objectives

Improve deliverability and automate the sending of newsletters featuring offers and news from the department. SEAT Jobs. Receive the necessary guidance and training from Mailrelay to manage mailings on your own.

Actions Taken

The first thing we did was design a free, custom newsletter in line with SEAT’s corporate identity. Advice was also provided on how to implement the corporate font using similar standard styles so that it would appear virtually identical on any browser or operating system.

At the same time, we corrected the configuration errors related to senders and trained the SEAT team on email marketing and how to integrate newsletters with RSS feeds into their WordPress site—all at no cost, since our free account was sufficient for their needs.
