About ElPozo

Elpozo is a multinational food company specializing in sausages, cold cuts, and meat products; it has been one of the local leaders in its sector since the 1950s.

This is a specific project that was carried out for the social media department of the ElPozo Bienstar line, which focuses on healthy and/or diet-related products.

Objectives

The main goal was to help the social media team at the Bienstar division get started on sending out email campaigns to their followers and customers as a matter of urgency.

They also needed to resolve some deliverability issues they were experiencing and configure the sender addresses correctly without compromising their brand image.

Actions Taken

From Mail relay we advise you on how to configure senders and custom statistics links, giving all the necessary information to the Department. IT from the parent company to streamline configurations as much as possible.

At the same time, we provided them with manuals, documentation, and training on how to use the platform, and we activated all the necessary certifications for them, optimizing the newsletter designs to maximize the deliverability of their communications.

Finally, we configured a high-reputation sending IP in the ElPozo account’s sending engine. This helped lower the spam score, since I might have been penalized for not being able to do any warm-up due to the urgency of the project.
