How the expert call works
You buy the hours from your Mailrelay panel, even with a free account, and request the call there. One of our experts will call you. Calls are always requested from the panel.
Hours expire 12 months after purchase. If you buy another pack of the same or higher amount before then, any unused hours are added to the new one. The minimum billing unit is half an hour, so a 12-minute call is billed as half an hour.

In an emergency, we mobilize our team in less than an hour and start any task or integration within 24 hours, with a 50% surcharge on the rate.
Platform support is still free: questions about the panel, purchases, help, setup and account blocks.
