About ASSEMP
ASSEMP is a non-profit organization that provides services to its member municipal employees, offering a range of benefits to its members, some of which extend to their families, with the main goal of helping improve the quality of life of the member public servants.
Goals
When it contacted Mailrelay’s customer service, ASSEMP was looking for a secure, reliable and fast bulk email sending platform, combined with an easy-to-use dashboard and reports for analysis.
The association didn’t have an organized system for sending email marketing campaigns, which made it very difficult to keep its public servants informed.
Actions taken
The Mailrelay support team provided all the help needed to start sending campaigns as soon as possible, while doing so securely and with all the settings required by the email providers.
For the association, it was very important to make sure messages reached users’ inboxes, so Mailrelay‘s infrastructure was essential to achieving this, with certified IPs and the ability to schedule sends and analyze campaign results.
Results
Once all the DNS settings had been configured, the association was able to start sending its email marketing campaigns.
Working with an online platform made it easy to monitor newsletters and analyze results, as well as to be sure that all members would be informed about every event and activity offered by ASSEMP.
