Objectives
Before finding Mailrelay, the client sent their newsletters in many different ways and used various sending providers, none of which delivered the expected results — among them were Doppler and EnvíaloSimple. They also tried manual methods, such as sending emails from their own Outlook account (in batches) or using various SMTP services and Sendblaster, but none of these approaches effectively met their bulk email sending needs.
When they arrived at Mailrelay, they wanted to find a reliable bulk email sending provider that would put an end to deliverability problems, provide real metrics to know what happens with each newsletter (even once it reaches the recipient) and, of course, offer technical support in Spanish, provided personally and at no extra cost.
